Richard S. Mullen is the Supervising Associate – Uncontested Foreclosure in the firm's Default Services Department. He concentrates his practice in foreclosure matters, including loss mitigation and litigation. He represents creditors, financial institutions and servicers throughout New York State. Richard leads a team of highly qualified attorneys in the Default Services Department, where he serves as a great source of knowledge of industry related issues and managing fluctuating volumes. Additionally, Richard's experience includes all facets of discovery, court appearances, substantial motion practice, appellate work and loss mitigation strategies. Richard also serves as one of the mentors for the firm’s summer associate program, where he helps to guide and coach a new generation of legal professionals.
